Cincinnati Skyline

The Cincinnati Skyline set against the river festival of Tall Stacks in 2006 when 17 riverboats made their way to Cincinnati Ohio River shore.. Originally planned to be held every 3 to 4 years, lack of sponsorship has resulted in the last Tall Stacks event happening in 2006.
